Motion made to waive the reading of the minutes from the prior meeting and to accept the minutes.

Treasurer's Report: Jeanne Balance in savings: $2,658.29 checking: $976.79 (Approved)

Old Business:

Joe Giarrusso gave the update of the assessment of the lake. The bid was awarded to Aquatic Control
Technology lnc, from Sutton Ma. 
On Sept 10,2012 the survey was conducted on twenty-six different parts of the lake. Joe read the
summary which will be displayed on the FLA web site for people who are unable to attend but would
like the information.

Kevin Flatley asked, what were the results of the weed issue in the assessment? 
Joe G said they are mapping the weeds but we need to keep proactive to keep the evasive weeds out
of the lake. 
Joe G said there is no spike in the bacteria levels. We did not have to close the lake this year.
Dave A. wanted to verify that the draw down structure is o.k. 
Joe G. said he did dive down and everything looked to be in good condition.

Kevin F. asked where we are in the draw down.

Joe G. replied at 6O%
