KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we • Donald B. and Dorothy C. Petzold, husband and wife • of Salem in the County of Rockingham and State of New Hampshire • grant to the Town of Methuen, a municipal corporation within the County of Essex and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts with quitclaim covenants • a perpetual and irrevocable, easement for construction of an outlet structure over, under and across land owned by us situated in Methuen in said County and shown on “Plan of Outlet Structure Easements • Methuen, Ma., Lincoln-Mill Engineering Associates, Everett H. Perry, Professional Land Surveyor, Sherborn, Ma. • dated June 10, 1987, and recorded with the North Essex District Registry of Deeds as Plan No. 11868<br />
The location and limits of the easement granted are shown end marked on the Plan above mentioned as P.E. 1532 SF+. <br />
Together with the right of ingress end egress from the same for the purposes of constructing, erecting, maintaining, repairing and operating over, through and upon the same, an outlet structure and channel located within the easement shown on the Plan above referred to. <br />
And the Town of Methuen covenants and agrees to restore said land, in the Town’s opinion, to reasonably the same conditions existing prior to the construction of the outlet structure. <br />
